What format does the list data come in? You have a choice of XLS (Excel), CSV (comma-delimited) and tab-delimited formats. For very large lists we recommend choosing CSV since this format can easily be imported into any database or contact management program. Can the data only be used one time? No. You can use the business data unlimited times. How often are your lists updated? Our business data is updated quarterly. What is the source of your data? Sources for our business data include national white and yellow pages, state and federal public records, secretary of state records. Are contact names included with each record? 81% of the business records include primary contact names along with their titles. On the search form you have the option of specifying that all search results include contact names. Am I automatically charged each year for renewals? We do not use an automatic renewal process. You will be notified at the end of your subscription and offered an opportunity to renew your current subscription. Do all records include telephone numbers? Yes, each record will include a telephone number. Do you offer a refund policy?
